The use of magnetic tape for data storage has been one of the constants of the computer industry. We began recertifying open reel tape in 1970. While we still service our reel to reel tape customers, we also have an array of tape drives enabling us to work on many formats of tape. For cost conscious IT managers we can offer refurbished media for a fraction of the price of new tapes!

Need them Labeled & Initialized?

Our lab can apply color coded, bar coded labels to refurbished media per your specifications and initialize them on our drives. All you need to do is remove the shrink wrap when they arrive.

Recycle tapes from your library

Do you have scratch tapes that you would like to reuse? Ship your tapes to us to be processed and/or re-labeled and initialized! All labels are removed except manufacturer’s original labels. Should you wish we can re-label your tapes with new barcode labels and initialize to your specifications. Tapes are then shrink wrapped, boxed in new boxes and returned to you looking like new!
